ネクサスでは、新人スタッフのための社内コンテストを開催しました。
コンテストの開催をすることで
- 目標をもつことで、モチベーションをあげる
- 仲間と競うことで、良いライバル関係を作る
- 上位を目指すことで、技術力をあげる
